We offer multiple types of Roofing
TPO Thermoplastic Polyolefin
TPO, or thermoplastic polyolefin, is a single-ply roofing material that is heat-reflective and energy-efficient. TPO roofing falls under the broader category of "rubber roofing." The material is made up of rubber and other materials (fillers) that increase its flexibility and durability. Roofs made of TPO (both commercial and residential) are on the rise.
Residential and commercial flat and low-sloped roofs benefit from TPO roofing. Although TPO is still a relatively new material in comparison with other roofing materials, it has already established a solid reputation for reliability.
(EPDM) Rubber-Based Roof
Ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used on low-slope buildings in the U.S. and abroad. Along with ethylene, propylene is a primary ingredient. In addition to its black and white colors, it is available in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils, as well as a variety of widths. There are three methods of installing EPDM roofing systems: fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted. The seams of the roofing system are sealed with liquid adhesives or tape specially formulated to seal them.
Synthetic Shakes Metal Shingles
A synthetic cedar shake roof (also referred to as composite cedar shake roofing) is made from recyclable materials and is designed to look very much like a cedar shake roof. A synthetic shingle's grain pattern resembles that of a real cedar shake shingle, and the deep grooves are exactly the same as in a real cedar shake shingle.
Asphalt Shingles
The most common roof type on homes today is an asphalt shingle roof. A roofing system made up of asphalt shingles and other asphalt roofing materials is known as an asphalt roofing system. You can choose from three kinds of asphalt shingles: 3-tab, dimensional, and luxury.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
In contrast to traditional steel roofing, standing seam metal roofing uses concealed fasteners with vertical or trapezoidal legs and a flat space between them. Nolette's Metal Roofing offers one of the most durable and weather-tight metal roofing systems available. Fasteners are concealed to prevent them from being exposed to the elements, which could lead to them failing over time. Unlike nails and other fasteners that might allow moisture to seep through, these panels are attached to the roof deck with clamps. All of Nolette's Standing Seam Metal Roofing and trim are manufactured right here in Mooers Forks. See below for a list of different color options.
